We select the property, develop the design, and build the home with its future homeowner in mind. Each project starts with consideration of the setting, the layout, and the details that make a home comfortable to live in.
What Does “Custom Spec” Mean?
“Spec” is short for speculative: the builder develops a home for sale before securing a buyer. “Custom” describes the design approach.
At RBJ, we bring those ideas together. Our homes are individually designed for the properties we select, with decisions about architecture, materials, and finishes made as part of the development process.
For buyers, this means the opportunity to purchase a distinctive new home without managing a build from the ground up. Available homes may be under construction or nearing completion, depending on the project.

Our planned S Davis Street neighborhood in Hillsboro, Texas, will introduce the Signature Series through a development of 12 custom spec homes.
Reserve Series
Starting from the mid $300s
Elevated custom spec homes featuring larger floor plans, upgraded finishes, and distinctive architectural details. The Reserve Series offers additional space and features for buyers whose needs and priorities are evolving.
Estate Series
Starting from the mid $600s
Exceptional custom spec residences featuring premium materials, sophisticated architecture, and close attention to detail. The Estate Series brings together distinctive design and refined living spaces.
