At White Bluff Resort near Lake Whitney, RBJ Alliance Group is developing individual custom spec homes with distinct architectural identities.
The planned home at 37014 Woodacre Court is a single-story Mountain/Craftsman residence with approximately 1,990 square feet of conditioned living space, emphasizing efficient planning, vaulted living areas, architectural detailing, and outdoor living. RBJ Alliance Group
Nearby, 37069 Woodacre Loop brings a different character to the portfolio. The modern farmhouse-style home includes approximately 2,478 square feet of living space and 3,269 square feet under roof, along with an upper-level living area, balcony, and 2-car/boat garage suited to the Lake Whitney lifestyle. These projects demonstrate something important about how we view custom spec development: an RBJ home does not need to look like every other RBJ home.
Creating the S Davis Street Neighborhood
Our work also extends beyond individual residences.
On South Davis Street in Hillsboro, RBJ Alliance Group is planning a new residential development across approximately 2.07 acres.
The current concept calls for 12 individually designed custom spec homes, a central neighborhood street, gated entrance, and cul-de-sac. It will also introduce the first neighborhood built around the RBJ Signature Series, with homes currently planned at approximately 1,300 to 1,600 square feet and anticipated pricing beginning in the low $220s. The goal is to create something different from a conventional entry-level subdivision.
